More Than Just A Mug

What size are the mugs?

All mugs are available in 11 oz and/or 15 oz. sizes with comfortable C-shaped handles. Select designs may be offered in a larger size, which will be clearly noted in the product description.

Are the mugs microwave and dishwasher-safe?

Yes - all mugs are durable ceramic and are microwave-and dishwasher-safe for easy, everyday use. 

How long does shipping take?

Each mug is made to order. Orders with standard shipping option typically ship within 1-2 business days after production (average production takes 2-4 days). 

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each mug is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your mug arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it. 

  • No returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or change of mind.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 15 days with the following to info@mugmaven.online:
    • Full name (used at checkout)
    • Order Number
    • Contact information
    • Photo proof (*Required)
  • No need to return damaged items.
  • Minor print placement variations are not defects.

Can I cancel my order?

Production normally initiates within the hour an order is placed. After production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@mugmaven.online with the words "ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line. You will receive a response email within 24 hours, acknowledging if the cancellation was successful. 

Do you offer custom designs?

Not at the moment - but new designs drop regularly. Stay tuned!
